  Down home middle Missouri! We always stop here when we do the Katy trail. Two fun ladies work this old town saloon type place. Don't let the rugged appearance scare you away. Inside the locals are friendly characters that will get you laughing at their jokes, and it seems everyone in the small community eat there. A lot of the food is fried, but worth breaking a diet for, it is excellent, especially the catfish. Full service bar, two pool tables, and great service!

  The Katy Trail is half this places' business, yet they treat it's user like they're unwelcome. Avoid it if you can. If you can't be prepared for the rudest bartender you've ever met.

  Make this a definite stop on your ride. Great food and friendly staff. Try the Pork Rinds you won't be disappointed. Be prepared to share they are very generous with their serving.
